My New Blog

Two studies were quoted today following a symposium held at Sandestin Resort in Miramar Beach.  Because of the military influx with the joint striker force and the 7th special forces at Duke Field, the area will have a steady rate of growth.  The military influx also includes many contract workers who will be moving to the area to support the military development.

Tourism and health care are the other two parts of what is perceived as positive growth and change coming to the area.

The beaches are clean, water is clear, and we are just about to the end of hurricane season--home builders are busy, real estate is experiencing a rebound, new stores are being built, so the message is--

Come on down to Destin/Niceville, Fort Walton--you'll be glad you did!!
